Plumbing and Drainage Jobs At A Childcare Centre In St Leonards

Our plumbers were called to a childcare centre in St Leonards to complete several different jobs. This job had many moving parts, requiring a wide range of techniques and tools to complete safely.

This children's bubbler was severely blocked and wasn't working at all. Once again, our plumbers used hand equipment like plungers in an attempt to unblock the drain. Upon further inspection, our plumbers discovered that the drain had been blocked by sand, most likely coming from the children's playground and sandpit.

Leak Detection On Level 4

This part of the job was critical to finish quickly. Our plumbers were advised that the stairs leading down to the fire evacuation assembly point would leak and flood during storms and heavy rain. The exact location of the leak was unknown, so our team went in and sprayed water on the drain to simulate rainfall and conducted dye tests to pinpoint where the leak was coming from.
